Cytokine Society Members benefit from significantly reduced Registration Fees. You can already join or renew your annual membership in The Cytokine Society starting at $125 for Academic/Government Members, $250 for Industry Members and only $50 for students & postdocs.

All fees are in USD and include 20% UK VAT.
Registration fees include:
- Admission to all scientific sessions, posters and exhibition
- Admission to Welcome Reception on Sunday, 18 October, 2026 (free of charge but registration is mandatory)
- Coffee/tea during breaks
Please note that Lunch is NOT included in the registration. Opportunities to purchase lunch are available in the exhibition area onsite.
Methods of Payment
Payment of registration fees may be made in USD by:
Credit Card:
After your online registration and credit card payment have been completed you will receive a written confirmation of registration via email.
ACH or Wire transfer to the Conference account
After your online registration has been completed you will receive an invoice for the open amount to be paid. You will receive separate confirmation of registration and payment in due course once your payment has been credited to the Conference bank account. Payments must be made free of charge to the beneficiary in USD. Clearly state the participant’s name, the invoice number and the registration number on the transaction.
Cash payments will not be accepted onsite. Participation in the conference is only possible with a paid conference fee.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the CYTOKINES 2026 registration department is received. The date of the email receipt will be the basis for considering refunds.
Refunds will be made after the Conference as follows:
– before 26 June, 2026: 75% Refund
-27 June – 25 September, 2026: 50% Refund
– after 25 September, 2026: No Refund
In case of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. Refunds will only be made after the Conference.
No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the lecture room or any other incidents during the Conference, which are beyond the control of the meeting organizer.
By registering to the CYTOKINES 2026 participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the organizing office assume any liability whatsoever. The registration fee does not include insurance.
Cancellations made after the deadline (25 September 25, 2026) cannot be refunded for any reason. No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues. However, we welcome substitute delegates at any time.
